Soles/Trim is not a heavy rubber- it is a light plastic, easily cleaned material which does not make noises when walking. This allows the shoe to be extremely comfortable and light for walking.
Size Recommendations:
These slip-on shoes do run a half size big so if you're in-between you can size down a half size (I am a true 7.5 with wide feet- I fit the 7's perfectly with room to spare, the 8's slip off slightly when walking)
